Or if you are looking at purchasing, you can demo to own, and the rental will be free when you purchase the skis. Additionally, they offer a wax service if you require some ski maintenance.

When heading up you have the option of taking the bus to the W1 Wiedersbergerhorn gondola, or the W12 Pöglbahn Inneralpbach Gondola located at Inneralpbach.
The slopes themselves can be busy during the corridors where trails combine, however, the overall trails are never too packed except during the “ski home” trails.
If you check out the back area, and stick to the shorter trails that lead to the four-person chair lifts you may be the only person on the run. Most people stick to the longer runs that go back to the gondola locations.

I stayed at the Natur & Spa Resort “Der Alpbacherhof” Superior. Which I am absolutely in love with and will be visiting again. Here are some of the upsides of staying here:

- Half Board option – amazing breakfast and four course dinner!
- Beautiful panorama room options.
The hotel is just a three-minute walk from the Alpbach Boglerhof bus stop for the Ski Bus / Bus 4074 to get to the slopes or to the train station. However, it is on the downhill of the bus stop so be mindful of that when bringing a lot of luggage. I made the mistake of trying to run up the hill when I was departing with my ski bag and my face broke my fall in the snow (I made some Austrians day I believe). The hotel was also only a short walk to Conny’s for rental equipment in the Alpbach town area.
